Unlike conventional flange type, which requires the right-angle machining of the mounting surface to the mounting hole, TSK's Self Aligning Flange linear ball bearing (P.A.T.) can solve the problem of costly mounting surface machining. The flange supports the spherical socket which is machined on one end of the bearing outer case, and alignment between ball bearing and shaft can be automatically best condition by only fixing the spherical socket after inserting a shaft in to the linear motion bearing.
