■ ＬＭＢガイド取付面加工精度の推奨値 Recommended Accuracy of Mounting Surface
ＬＭＢガイドを取付ける面の精度は、機械本体として必要な精度により決定されます。しかし、あまり大きな取付誤差があるとスライドユニットをこじる力が大きくなり、ＬＭＢガイドの寿命にも影響します。 下表に、取付面の精度許容値の一般的な目安を示します。
The accuracy of the mounting surface depends on the required accuracy of the machine itself. Too much mounting error, however, causes the slide unit to warp, and shortens its life. Table below shows the general standard of allowable tolerances of mounting accuracy.
